We start by partnering with our trusted farmers to secure high-starch maize. We harvest the whole plant when the optimum moisture level approx. 30-35% Dry Matter.

Using our specialized, heavy-duty harvesting machinery, the entire maize plant is mechanically cut and instantly chopped to a consistent length (typically 1-2 cm).
High-Density Compaction

Immediately after chopping, the maize is fed into our industrial balers. The most important step in ensiling is rapidly removing trapped oxygen.v

The wrapped bales are stacked and allowed to cure for at least 45-60 days to complete the natural fermentation.
